A background in technology, sales, marketing combined with strong intuition and
sharp deduction has made Blair Mandell exceptionally successful as an executive
search consultant.
Blair has placed individuals at all levels: CEO’s to Vice-Presidents of
Engineering, Vice-Presidents of Marketing, and Executive Directors. His client
companies range from newly-funded venture start-ups to Fortune 500
corporations. Blair has recently been building companies in the clean tech/renewable
energy space for the last two years. He has built up SolFocus, a Concentrator
Photo Voltaic company, from 7 people to over 230 worldwide. He has also partnered
with PARC, (Palo Alto Research Center) to assist them in attracting and
attaining top talent for this elite research facility.
