Howie Rosen & Nola Masterson – Both seasoned executives and current board of director members for several biotechnology companies.  Howie and Nola provide insight into how boards make decisions regarding CEO and Board candidates, and current developments in board governance.

Debbie Baker – Relationship manager supreme.  Debbie contributes her skills in financial analysis, and customer engagement and analysis, to ensure that we engage the right customers and build the right relationships that will continue to grow over time. Debbie currently lends her talent to Oxford Finance.

Joyce Reitman – Joyce’s network in Silicon Valley stems from founding five companies, advising dozens more and being an active mentor for entrepreneurs.   Joyce offers insight into how best to communicate, how executives make decisions, which decisions are of highest priority, and when needed, provides a good joke. Joyce is now in the Private Bank at JPMorgan.

Randy Kehrberg – 25 years as a manager and executive in small and large technology companies, a former Heidrick & Struggles partner in the Silicon Valley International Technology Practice. Randy now uses his extraordinary talent to build executive teams for technology and green companies here on the west coast. Randy’s network and insight in successful search processes and his guidance are invaluable.

Lori Ciano & Brenda Rogers – Human Resources Vice Presidents. Each offers their perspective on what HR executives expect and need from search firms.  Lori is currently working at Conceptus, and Brenda is currently at Roku; both are working to build extraordinary teams to surpass company goals.
